Typical Hampton Inn experience. They are remodeling a restaurant/bar so should be nicer when complete. Seem to slack on the little things, old bar of soap and shampoo container in shower stall and broken ironing board and iron. Friendly and helpful staff, nice welcome reception with beer and wine and snacks.

Managers reception with beer, wine, soft drinks and snacks was a nice touch. Remodeled breakfast area. Although a room on the top floor was non-smoking it still had a little odor - maybe left over from the old days. Lovely stay, clean room and wonderful amenities like pool, breakfast, workout room, free internet and friendly and helpful staff. I had no complaints with my 2 night stay and rarely sleep so well in a hotel bed. Hampton Inn has thought out every aspect of hotel living and they get it right in my book!

The hotel itself was perfect - comfortable, good night's sleep, friendly staff, good value, and a great manager's reception with free wine and hors d'oeuvres. Our stay here was very pleasant. There was attention to detail and value with no wasted space but enough for comfort. The free breakfast was outstanding. We plan to return whenever we visit the Boston area.

We were weary travelers and looking forward to a good night's sleep. All around, it was a great stay. Great staff. No problems at all when we asked to switch our room. Excellent service. Clean and comfortable. Excellent coffee downstairs with the breakfast. Happy all around :)

Loved that they offered shuttle service. Great breakfast choices. Room was warm and inviting. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. I had everything that I needed for great stay. Will definitely stay here when I return to Boston.
