My partner and I stayed for 1 night at the Kingfisher after a wedding we attended. We were recommended it for its location and price.
Its really cheap at £25 per night. I wasn’t expecting the Ritz…but what we got was what can only be described as awful.

The Kingfisher Hotel has been under new management from June 2011. The picture shown is The Kingfisher Country Club, a totally separate establishment, not connected to The Kingfisher Hotel. The Kingfisher Hotel guests can use the facilities ie Bars, Restaurant and cabaret, most Saturday nights ( all at extra cost payable to The Kingfisher Country Club). The Spa and swimming pool is owned and operated by Klassics Leisure (over 18's only) again in no way connected to The Kingfisher Hotel, but guests at the discretion of the Leisure staff may use their facilities (at extra cost payable to Klassics Leisure directly). All comments placed on this website refer to the HOTEL and is no way connected with THE KINGFISHER COUNTRY CLUB or KLASSICS HEALTH AND LEISURE.
