The person at the desk in the evening does NOT answer the phone. If you are waiting for an emergency call you will not get it. It seems he is sleeping on the job. The young woman that is on during the day was fantastic. The room was clean. And the breakfast was very good.

Newly remodeled, clean, very helpful staff, and washer and dryer available on the property. Great feature for longer stays. Surrounded by stores, restaurants, bars, and bus stop out front to the local mall.

The Pittsfield Inn (now a Quality Inn) appears modest from the outside, but is really very nice. Rooms are spacious with new carpet, new bathroom tile and fixtures, new paint and wallpaper. Very good value.
