Clean, GREAT location and the staff is wonderful. I was in a room with a brand new bed and slept like a baby. They also have flat screen TVs in each room with a better cable selection than I've seen in most hotels. The shared bathrooms are always immaculate as are the other common areas. For the price I paid,... More

My mom and I made a last-minute decision to take a drive to P-Town, and we came across this lovely Inn. The room (#1) was charming, beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable. Our host Jim made us feel right at home and he was willing to go the extra mile for us. Thank you for your hospitality and amazing service! Victoria... More

The guest house is close to everything in town, albeit a little busy street, but a good value none-the-less. The rooms are clean and efficient. Best of all is the manager, host, Jim. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. I would recommend staying here again.

The location for this B&B was excellant, right in the center of town. We we in PTown for Womens Week! We had made our reservations ahead of time on line. Our room had a private entrance and a private bathroom. The room was bright with numerous windows. Furniture consisted of a queen bed, clothes rack, large dresser, luggage stand, table,... More

Dear Becki & Laura, I am sorry to hear of your disappointment with your accommodations and particularly your high disappointment in my role during your stay; thus the title of your unvarnished review. I have tried very hard to be sure all guests' needs are met and that all arrive, stay, and leave here happy to have been guests at... More

My sweetheart booked us in for a few nights stay during Women's Week, and we'd definitely stay in Victoria House again. It was too cool for the breakfast part of the Bed & Breakfast, since it's usually served out on the patio (which is lovely, by the way), but that did not detract from the charm of this establishment. It... More

The Victoria House is a lovely little B&B right in the center of Provincetown. We arrived in Provincetown late in the evening without a booking and found this place by chance. Loved the atmosphere of this charming old house! Jim, the manager, was extremely helpful. Thank you again! The room was very clean, charmingly decorated and quiet. We had a... More

Victoria House in Provincetown is a very nice place to stay. We arrived there at a stormy night in September and were immediately enchanted by the atmosphere of this nice, cozy inn. Later, we had a very interesting and animated conversation with Joe, the owner, when we sat together in the lovely garden joining the inn. Joe makes his guests... More

The Victoria House is outstanding--well appointed and affordable. The B and B was charming and meticulously maintained. It is also very convenient to the heart of Provincetown. The manager (Jim) was professional, pleasant, and very helpful. I will return to Victoria House and encourage anyone to reserve this "gem."

Thank you very much for the wonderful words of approval. This is my first season at this property and I wanted very much to be sure the property was managed in a manner which emphasized guest satisfaction to the best of our ability. Your rating helps us keep the motivation so late in the season! Jim Twiss, Manager, Victoria House More

I rarely take the time to write hotel reviews but I was so impressed with my stay this past weekend at the Victoria House in Ptown that I wanted to be sure and pass along my complete satisfaction, particularly to the staff of the guest house. Jim in the office was very accommodating and just went out of his way... More

Thank you Scott for such a wonderful review. These are the rewards of a lot of hard work to keep a small guest house running on a semi-solo staff along with the wonderful housekeeper Mildred. I am very gratified to know we were instrumental in making your stay in Provincetown a memorable one. I hope to see you again soon... More
