The resort is filthy, rundown (you really wonder where the maintenance fees go), unpleasant. We were there for a tour and sales pitch, and couldnt get out fast enough. more

When I went to Oak 'n Spruce I had a exellent time there because they had a mini arcade, movie theatre, inside and outside pools. And they had good food and the rooms were like a 5 star hotel room with kitchenette. I strongly recemend it. And I lived in Mass so it was in a good location. more

I took some colleagues with me to my timeshare (my first time there) and it was horrible. The resort is being updated because it has lousy facilities, and if you go onto the website reviews of their sister hotel - Patriot Suites - you'll see that the new construction was done cheaply by obviously a terrible construction company! Not for seniors. No elevators to third level. Have to pay for DVD player/movie. No coffee free, No internet in room (wifi) (Important to me). We have been going to Oak n' Spruce for 6 years. While I have thoroughly enjoyed my visits, some of them have only worked because I stuck to my guns and made them give me a more suitable room. We stayed at the Oak N Spruce in September 2009. The timing is odd since it is too late for summer activity and too early for foliage (not that leaves are an interest since we live in New England) or winter activities.
