I booked my reservation with Expedia. Extended Stay America (ESA) described the room I reserved as non-smoking. Nowhere on the Expedia website did ESA state that room choices were not guaranteed. Excellent value by Boston area standards. Recent renovation makes the property and rooms fresh. These types of hotels get hard use by folks who "live" in them. I stayed here for 2 years and I liked it the staff is wonderful rooms are really nice laundry room beds are comfortable to me it was like home I miss it I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone thanks nancy vadnais

“Wonderful stay!”

Great location! Close to highway, restaurants, & shopping. The staff were very professional, friendly & helpful. Very clean with on site laundry facilities being a great feature. Clean, well situated & comfortable... what more do you need? Also, very reasonable in price. I would not hesitate to stay there again!

Was nice to have some places to eat near by and I enjoyed having a Dunkin' Donuts next door sense we don't get those on the West Coast. Plus, being able to do laundry before I got home was a nice plus. The front desk people where especially nice and I was able to borrow a car brush the day... More

Perfect location! Right off the highway, excellent service, very professional and clean. They offer a nice, simple and delicious grab and go breakfast. Very pleased and high recommended. Not only off the highway, the location itself is great. It's nearby numerous restaurants and shopping plazas. Cheers :P

I recently stayed at this hotel and have to say my experience was great. The location is conveniently located next to longhorn steakhouse as well as numerous other restaurants and shopping plazas. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is visiting the area.

I have been staying at extended stay America in Tewksbury for the past 10 months and my stay has been wonderful! The staff has gone above and beyond to make my family feel comfortable and they are very quick to meet my needs! Housekeeping always does a great job!
