We were able to snag a few hour of sleep during our relay from Hull, MA to P-Town. The owners were so kind and supportive of our team. The place was clean and spacious. “Oh so clean and hospitable”

Out Hosts Pam and Steve couldn't have made us feel more at home. Our room was very spacious with a fridge and a very comfortable bed. We slept the sleep of the dead!!!! It was oh so peaceful. Found this cute place run by a very sweet couple. Our original hotel was an absolute horror. The owners were very understanding about our situation and turned what would have been a horrible weekend at the other hotel into a memorable one at their cute motel. Thank you so much.

“Average Place to Stay”

I'm not really sure where all of these glowing reviews are coming from. In my opinion, A Beach Breeze Inn is average. I don't think it deserves a five star rating. It is relatively inexpensive compared to other places on on the Cape, so I imagine that maybe someone that's not paying top dollar would not expect a top accommodation... More

Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The inn is walking distance from the beach and convenienty located for driving to other areas of the Cape. Pam was very helpful with tips for restaurants and area activites. She gave us towels and chairs to take with us to the beach. Her muffins and coffee were delicious each morning.
