We have had a very good experience with this hotel. Check-in was efficient and friendly. We asked for soome hangers to be brought up to the room. They arrived within 5 minutes. This hotel has potential but they have to step it up to get my business again. It took 2 calls and almost 2 hours to get room service (breakfast) and the hotel had low occupancy that weekend. The shower head looked new but felt like needles and the drain was super slow, which is gross.

Just returned home from Michigan. Stayed on the 6th floor near the stairwell. Rooms were ok. Restaurant in the hotel was average. Stairwell noise could be heard while you slept. Nice arena inside the plaza. Nothing really positive or negative to report.

I certainly do not expect a Four Seasons to be in Battle Creek, MI but I also figured there would be a decent choice for a short business trip. I chose the McCamly based on a lack of other choices.
