The hotel was difficult to locate. Needs another sign at street entrance. Hotel staff said city wouldn't allow it.

This hotel was really nice, really clean. The staff could not have been nicer! I was very pleasantly suprised as some other reviews were "not so hot"....I called before I booked, the gentleman on the phone was very helpful. It was NOT dirty, and I did not see ANY wallpaper "falling off"...just saying!

Room in much need of repair, wall paper falling off, furniture very worn, dust every wear, price was fair and staff friendly, breakfast very limited mostly cold items with hot oatmeal and waffles.
