Check in was 3 pm arrived at 3:34pm and room not ready had to wait until 4:15 pm to get in and it was a handicap room. The handicap room are the furthest from the doors. The window had cobwebs in it. The room smelled bad. The remote didn't work.

I did speak to you about your concerns after your stay. We were sold out the night before and the new staff failed to see your need for a handicapped room. We do apologize and have learned from our mistake. We truely hope you will give us another try. We are sure you will see huge improvements.... More

“Paper thin walls”

Rather stay in a doghouse next time providing it is large size dog. Stayed in main floor heard every step of the person above us who got up around 4 am. Room has damp smell when we got in could not open windows to get fresh air.Next room's shower feels like running in your own room. Never again at this... More
