If you are ready for a different hotel experience, this is the hotel for you. Clean, comfortable and friendly. You can walk to many different kinds of restaurants or to area events. It was a little pricy but the location was worth it. It had a European feel in Grand Rapids Michigan!

Rooms are not coZy at all. They are decorated straight out if an ikea magazine. Our room was directly below the heating unit for the hotel. Needless to say we didn't get much sleep!!! Very very loud. Won't be back again

As a traveler, I don't like staying in huge and/or chain hotels. CityFlats fit the bill perfectly. Excellent location. All the decor is fresh and modern. Rooms and common areas were spotless. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was spacious. Plenty of seating in the room. All staff were pleasant and helpful.

Great Hotel! Parking garage close by and parking is validated and charged to the room at checkout. Close to everything including coffee shop across the street. Hotel bar had many great selections. Room was large and beds very comfortable. Lights were a little tricky, but nothing worth complaining about. Room had a large flat panel TV with DirectTV box.
