“Beautiful Hotel, great room.”

We stayed at the Amway Grand for the International Trumpet Guild conference. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, the hotel is beautiful and spotless. “Beautiful Hotel”

I have stayed at the Amway Grand numerous times and the hotel never fails to allow for a wonderful experience. I always request a room on the Pantlind side as we enjoy the historic ambience. The staff is always exceptionally courteous and helpful. The location in downtown Grand Rapids is central to all events and downtown shopping and restaurants.

This is a classy historic hotel. I stayed at the historic (Pantlind) wing - which is awesome, at one point (1920s) was named one of the 10 best hotels in America. “A Grand Hotel”

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel. All staff members were friendly, polite and always smiling. The rooms were clean and the view from the tower was nice. Next time I plan to stay in the other area as I heard from other guests that it was very nice.
