My room's cooling system wasn't cooling, though the airflow was great. I spoke with Craig, the team member, the next day and while I was gone addressing a work assignment...he had maintenance person enter the room and check the system. When I returned several hours later, the room was nice and chilled. Problem solved.

I enjoyed my stay so much the first time I came back. The same clerk checked me in (Sharon) she remembered me and was very helpful with what I was looking for around town. The rooms are clean and comfortable at a good price. I will stay here again.

Came to Kalamazoo for a dog show. I got my reservation from another hotel canceled 2 weeks before my event and this hotel was the only one with a handicapped room/roll in shower available. The staff is wonderful and so helpful. Rooms are decent Worth the extra drive from the Expo center.
