“Great place to stay if in town for business”

Exceeded all expectations. Very clean, rooms updated and comfortable. Location is somewhat out of the way but right off the freeway. Don't think you can go wrong here More

“Good Comfortable Hotel with Surprise NO Smoking Policy”

Stayed at this hotel for one night during a business trip to Kalamazoo MI. From Clarion's website expected to do battle over a non smoking room. We stayed on the 5th floor in a king room. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very quiet and nice. Of course, anymore, the FIRST thing we do is check for bedbugs. NONE!! I stayed at this hotel for one night in mid September. The front desk staff were very nice and the room appeared to be fairly clean. There was minimal noise from other rooms, so that was a bonus. While the beds were comfortable, only having two very soft pillows for each queen sized bed made for an uncomfortable night sleep.... More
