Excellent Hotel, This is more than a hotel on the waterfront with a great location close to many very good restaurants, this hotel has a staff that is genuine and takes pride and ownership in what they do. Special thanks to Denise at the front desk for making our long stay most comfortable.

I've stayed at several Hampton Inns and have always found them to be a good experience at a reasonable price. The Hampton Inn in Marquette, MI was truly exceptional. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and very, very, clean. The location was perfect! What a gorgeous view of the lake and such an interesting little town. The staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly. Our stay included a scrumptious continental breakfast and a grab-n-go bag of goodies for the road.

Great hotel. We stayed here because of a family wedding reception. Fantastic views of the lake and city. Front desk is extremely friendly and helpful with points of interest. Definitely will stay at this hotel again on our return to Marquette.

“Beautiful setting”

Hampton Inn, Marquette, Michigan is a beautiful hotel. Accommodations are excellent and the staff is very friendly. The setting for the continental breakfast was a room with windows looking out onto Lake Superior. The continental breakfast was superior.

“Nice New Hotel in a Wonderful Location”

The Hampton Inn in Marquette is located directly on the waterfront in an area that is undergoing a renewal. There is a nice paved path immediately adjacent to the hotel that allows walkers and bikers to explore the area, and there is even an abandoned iron ore dock next door - don't worry, it's been cleaned up quite a bit!... “Ice tea for me every morning”

Breakfast girls had a pitcher of ice tea for me every morning. Denise Welch recommended some awesome places to eat & drink!. Housekeeping went out of their way to make sure all was right! By far, the best Hampton I've ever stayed in.

Lots of amenities here--from warm cookies at night to good breakfasts--which were different each of the three days we were there. Friendly staff. Nice indoor pool. Near walkway, bike paths, easy access to downtown.

“Superb”

Fresh, clean, quiet, and inspiring. We slept well and enjoyed the view of the lake at this beautiful hotel. Breakfast was excellent also. Our only question was about the price, which is a little higher than some Hampton Inns. Still, it is a great choice.
