My husband and I arrived at 9am on Saturday morning and our room was ready early. Clean, nice big room, comfortable bedding, whirlpool was great. Great service and friendly staff - answered our questions about local trails and places to eat. The comfort in is a very cozy place in the middle of NOWHERE. I loved it! The first walmart was 60 miles one way another store 40 miles another way. IT was quiet and peaceful. Have stayed at several hotels in Newberry for snowmobiling and the Comfort Inn is most accomodating. They are knowledgable about the trails, very clean rooms and facilities and the free breakfast is complete with sausage gravy, eggs, cereal, juice, etc. The rooms are little noisy, but all the hotels in the area were built the same way.
