This hotel was well located and I liked being next door to a few stores and resturants. Was just totally disgusted to find a bloody wash cloth between mattress and box spring.Someone skipped that process of checking under the mattress, Overall staff was nice and breakfast was fresh and tasty. Probably would not stay there again.

Stayed two nights while in the area on business. Staff went above and beyond to be helpful. Hotel conveniently located close to restaurants and drug stores. I will definitely stay here when I am back in Novi/Detroit on business.

Excellent Hotel! I have stayed here a few times when traveling on business. I am never disappointed in the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and the overall accomodations. Can't beat it! The beds are extremely comfortable....nice big flat panel TV's....pretty decent breakfast and the managers reception nightly is also a big plus :-)

There were Japanese breakfast and newspaper for japanese guest. That's very good for Japanese guest. Room was clean and quiet even hotel locates close to Highway. I do not know why but there was no express check-out. Front desk was fortunately not busy when we checked out so no problem.

We would stay here again if needed. The Staff were helpful and accomindating.. WHen we had to stay a extra night, they offered a discount. The rooms were a step above the average. They were clean and pleasant .
