We stay here every year and the price is great for a 2 bedroom suite... has a kitchen and a sofa bed. It isn't fancy, the breakfast is just grab and go stuff, but again always a great price that can sleep 5 people. Over the past 5 years we have stayed at this reasonable hotel 4 times (we go to the Michigan International Speedway and we do shopping in Birch Run). Stayed here for one night while traveling through MI on business. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Lobby very small. Configuration of hallways and rooms a little confusing to get in and out of, make sure you bring your key otherwise you get locked out between lobby and entrance to rooms. Friendly staff and nice location. Quite clean room. Rooms are defiantly dated and could use to have a remodel completed. Breakfast is a bit basic but moor than most extended stay hotels provide. No wifi only a single wired port in the room with a short enet cable.. Next project in that area I will be back.

The rooms are dirty, the beds are not comfortable, you can smell mold in the rooms. They claim they have a breakfast but it is only a bowl of apples with some granola bars. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere
