We have stayed multiple times at this location on family trips. It's a great location for shopping and dining. The rooms are large and modern. Plenty of options on the breakfast bar. Nice outdoor fireplace for some adult time. We will return again.

This hotel was disappointing and very noisy, inside and out. Throughout our stay doors slammed loudly, noise could be heard from the hallway and neighbouring rooms. We have stayed at a number of the hotels in Saginaw and Birch Run for shopping trips to the outlets and visiting Frankenmuth. The Saginaw Springhill Suites has been our favorite. I came to see a special someone and I was elated with the experience. I stayed until May 21st to the 24th, they accommadated my late check out and tended to my needs. I was safe and at ease and the breakfast was awesome...I will surely go back and stay here:-)

Second stay. Clean rooms. Cleal pool area real good service and real good breakfast for under $100! Kid friendly really like overall decorations and set up. I will probably use this hotel for my upcoming family reunion.
