The rooms were fairly clean. The breakfast included was great. The location was close to the ferries over to Mackinaw island. It was on the water, but the beach was not very nice. It was rocky and lots and lots of geese, ducks and droppings.

The hotel has a great location and good, friendly staff. The hotel has a free continental breakfast which looked good, but Java Joe's is a must try and is located adjacent to the parking lot. A lake front hotel with a view of Mackinaw island. The hotel was clean. The front desk was helpful and friendly. I would stay there again when in the area. We also had a small balcony that over looked the lake.
