I agree with david K's review. The Silver Beach may not be the Hilton, but you sure are treated like you were staying at the Hilton. Very nice, clean & a comfortable rooms. Nothing fancy here. The room was clean but the spread on the bed was very thin. It was a very cold night and we had a difficult time keeping warm. The lobby is nice, the staff friendly. The free breakfast was not very appetizing. Again - just OK all around.

I have stayed at Silver Beach every year for the past 8 or 9 years. We fish with Big Bird Charters and have never been disappointed. It sounds like all of the bad reviews are from the same group, and I'm sorry that they had a bad experience,but to me it has been a very good time.
