Stayed one night while paaing through Duluth. Good location, close to Miller Hill Mall. Room was okay, noisy air conditioner and the floor actually seemed to bounce when you walked across it. We stayed at this hotel while visiting UM-Minnesota for my son. We are Hilton members and usually stay at Hamptons, but the Hampton was $50 more so we thought we'd try this Fairfield. If you want to stay in Duluth in summer without being charged an arm and a leg, this is the place to go. We had a very good rate from Priceline and this is our second stay in this property. Only here for a night but at check-in, the desk staff were very friendly and thanked us more then once for staying and reminded us to let them know if we needed anything. Clean comfortable room, average light breakfast, everything fit our needs well. Would stay here again if in the area. More
