The Internet takes a long time to connect. I was not able to connect the Internet to my cell phone, just my iPad. Other than that, the hotel was very low key. The breakfast was okay. Staff were very helpful.

very comfortable rooms, soft pillows and the food in the restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent. Two thumps up! Old Chicago. I would definitely stay here again . Just wish it wasn't so cold. I enjoyed the trip though.

I booked a room through Orbitz on Tuesday night, less than 24 hours later I needed to cancel my rooms, but the hotel wouldn't allow it. They were not even willing to cancel ONE room. I will never book at a Quality Inn again. I usually stay at Marriott's. Now I know why!!!
