The staff was extremely helpful but not invasive. It was clean and check-in and check-out was quick and exactly as expected. “Excellent hotel except for shower”

A otherwise perfect stay ruined by a very unpleasant shower experience: Very hard water, low pressure, left me with an itchy soapy residue all day. On the other hand, the hotel staff were extraordinary; genuinely friendly and helpful, adaptable with a can-do attitude.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn, Shoreview. I found this to be a welcoming, well kept hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The facilities were very good. The breakfast was great. A great experience.

The hotel was nice but the staff was where the hotel lacked. There was no continental breakfast available for our soccer team so each family either had to buy breakfast or go grocery shopping. “Awesome place to stay”

A whole group of us stayed at this hotel for our annual family reunion. This was a great place, staff was very helpful and the breakfast was out of this world! For only $10, it was tasty and very filling - and everything was included. I highly recommend this hotel.

“Always have a Great Stay”

Staff is great and service can't be beat, rooms are fresh and clean, food is good for their menu size not a 5 star resturant but you would think they are trying to be. Needed a last minute room for my mother and the staff jump right in and made Accommodation for her.

“Thin Walls”

Thin walls. All other points were good. Could hear person next door spit out their toothpaste. We had to go to bed by 10pm to get up early, listening to people talking, could almost hear their conversations, heard all noises. Disappointed with lack of any insulation in the walls.

We considered our stay perfect in every way EXCEPT breakfast was $10. Hilton isn't cheap and very nice quality hotel, but we thought for the price, at least a continental would be nice. we didn't purchase the breakfast.

“Lovely hotel”

Everything in the hotel was beautiful, well-designed, warm colors, great bedding. The hotel staff was helpful and efficient. There was a warm and inviting atmosphere that made it comfortable to be there. I would highly recommend it!
