“Not the best”

Stayed here cause it was only hotel available in the area. Apparently there is a big construction project around and a lot of workers are using local hotels. Beds were all right but floors Not very clean. Small bathroom but adequate. Fairly quiet. Breakfast average. Staff friendly. Would not stay here again.

“no restaurant”

This is the only hotel in South St Paul There web site says that the have a restaurant. Nope, they closed it. I need to post 200 characters minimum. What more can you say about a closed restaurant. The closest food is at the VFW, then there is a bar "Jersey's" and a turck stop "Last Track".

“A place to lay your head and shower...not much more than that”

Traveling late at night and decided to stay over at the Clarion. Outside of the hotel appeared nice, pool looked ok through the window, lobby appeared clean. Clerk, Kory, was efficient and friendly. Clarion Inn is supposed to be the high end of the Choice Hotel chain. If this is the high end, then Choice Hotels need to re-evaluate their standards.
