our blunder - we didn't read the fine print. the "cabin" was really a triplex and we were on the lower level. We had people noisily overhead and no privacy. The room was not very clean and the decor not "rustic" but simply outdated. very disappointing.

The resort is set back from the main road and is right alongside Lake Superior. The lake was right outside our window of cabin #4, which had a kitchen and bathroom but the shower is in another building. The bedroom walls don't go all the way to the top, so you wouldn't want to stay here if you needed much...
