We have used this hotel for years to attend family events and it has not been updated since 2005 when we were there during Katrina. They misrepresented their location (extremely difficult to understand with their accent) and then had the audacity to charge a cancellation fee when we found out that they were 1000 miles away and tried to cancel the reservation.
