Check in was a real problem. Did not have correct rate for my reservations. Couldn't look it up, I had to provide proof of rate. They acted like I was trying to cheat them. Room was clean, but layout was poor. Couldn't open the room door if the bathroom door was open. Shower only, no tub. more
