We are biking the Natchez Trace, starting near Jackson. We landed at the airport, took a $50 taxi ride toDays Inn where our room was outstanding and inexpensive. Only one nearby restaurant, Appleby's, which was jammed on Saturday night. Good motel breakfast and off we went. We'd do it again.

I am on an extended stay in Jackson and have really enjoyed staying at thr days inn. There is always cleaning going on and the staff is very attentive. The internet is rocket fast, there are 150 chanels on cable and the free brrakfast is perfect. .Also did a scan for bed bugs and found not a sign.
