Excellent service and wonderful crew, good quality of reception food and breakfast. Highly recommended, better than any Hilton Branded facility. I will definitely go back there next time visiting Jackson, MI.

Our room had holes in the walls, missing hardware, doors that would not close, and totally worn-out furniture. The microwave and oven were encrusted with food and the walls and floors were dirty. We used to stay at this hotel regularly, but it has become dilapidated and far below any acceptable standards.

Hotel is at best 3 stars. Rooms are almost always very clean. Lately the hotel floors seem to need cleaning, but usually they have been vaccumed regularly. The service is top notch. The rate and the emenites offered at Homewood Suites are unsurpassed! Room was clean, everything in working order, both front desk personnel were nice and helpful. No compaints at all (which is rare!). Breakfast buffet was standard, dining area was clean and well staffed. I would highly recommend this hotel and will certainly stay there again.

very nice hotel have been there many times just disappointed on this trip because bathroom needs fixing and new furniture for such a nice place. I do recommend hotel however I recommend these suggestions be fixed. Survey was sent and I'm sure they will be. Overall I was pleased with price and room. Could have better breakfast selection.
