“Offfice personnel attitude toward guests could be better”

My granddaughter went to the lobby to get a glass of juice and the person at the check in desk chewed her out for getting a small cup of juice. He told her that the juice was for the residents! He did not say hotel guests he specifically stated residents! I paid over 150 dollars for a 3 night stay... More

These grandchildren were permitted to run amok throughout the motel property playing in the ice machine, going into vacant rooms that the housekeepers were trying to clean and bothering the other guests in general. Upon checking in we were greeted by a wonderful man. He seemed to know a lot about Branson and he told us that the Hotel was under new ownership and new management. The Strafford House in is under new ownership and new managment as of 9/12/11. The staff is friendly and very hospitable. The room was exceptionally clean. For the price, you could not expect any better. My family makes several trips to Branson, and we will stay no other place from now on.

My mother and I have stayed in this hotel numerous times over the last 15 years. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, the rooms always clean.
