We have stayed here several times over the last 5yrs & this time was the last.It keeps going down hill.The room had a musty smell,beds were very uncomfortable,towels were very small & couldn't get extra(2 in a double room).Plug ins didn't work & the tv only worked half the time..Maybe thats the reason there is no staff on duty after...

The room wasn't modern, but it was clean and in the middle of many attractions.
If you're looking for a budget motel, this is probably about the nicest one in Branson. I'm very picky about cleanliness, so I did notice a couple of minor cleaning issues (2 hairs on the tub, etc.). Stayed here for our weekend trip to see Christmas lights and festivities. Location is great, close to attractions, malls, restaurants etc. Price was super good, rooms were older, but very clean. Employees very friendly. Can't beat it !!!
