When we entered the hotel we were immediately impressed with the genuinely friendly & helpful staff at the front desk. The young lady cleaning the lobby area was probably the hardest working person I have seen in a long time. This hotel is new and nice looking. Not sure the staff gets it yet. They kind of fake good service. I was ignored at the restaurant for several minutes and left. The desk staff was very helpful I think this place will decay away.

I stay at this hotel every other week, for business purposes. I wouldn't consider any other hotel, as this staff is great. From the front desk, to the room attendants, to the restaurant personnel. Midwest friendly and very welcoming. Never disappointed!

Nearly new HI on developing east side of Columbia. Only outside food within walking distance was Jimmy Johns. Quiet room, good beds. Handy to interstate. University ten minute drive. Not close to KATY trail or connector.
