The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the towels were big and thick, shower had good water pressure, it all the other little things I always want (mini fridge, microwave, TV), and it’s pretty much the only place to get a room in town. I was happy with my room, but If you’re looking for something that is 100% pretty, this isn’t really it. Some of the walls were scarred up from amateur remodeling - for instance, they put a new light fixture at the sink, and you could see where the old one had been. But, I was there to rest, sleep, and take a shower, not view the beauty of my surroundings, and I would definitely stay there again when in the area. I didn’t care about this, but FYI, no breakfast, but there is a coffee maker in the room

While visiting our family here in town and catching some sights, we booked a room here. The room was nice and had a microwave and other amenities. Small bathroom, but functional, the only issues we had is they saw breakfast included but it's only on weekends we stayed through memorial monday. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay here.

We stopped here for the night because we were tired of driving. The room was dirty, and there were bugs in the room. Even though we were very tired, we decided that the room was so gross that we would get back in our car and continue driving. That's how gross it was. We even gave up the $85 that we paid for the room. Don't stay here. It's gross!

If you can manage to get to another town ...do so. The manager Neil may be the biggest jerk I have ever encountered. Motel is the only in town so you have no other choice than to deal with Neil desai . Do not spend your hard earned money here.

Have stayed her several times. Rooms are clean and quiet. The person at the front desk was very kind and we saw her outside cleaning the outdoor furniture, The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Can't believe how quiet things are here.

Madison Inn Lodge gave us a group rate for family and friends who were travelling to attend our daughters wedding. The staff is friendly, the hotel well kept, and is exactly what you'd expect at this price point. We were pleased and would stay again.

Checked in late and left early to travel farther South. Easy in and out without any problems. Room compatible with price point with no cleanliness, noise or plumbing problems. Breakfast very heavy on white carbs. Would use again.

The accommodations were sparse but very clean. The bathroom was small but everything functioned as needed. The king size bed was a little too firm for us but we slept well. We had a mix up with the room keys but they were quick to resolve the issue. The entry door could use some new seals, I could see light all the way around the door at night.

Stayed here one evening on a recent trip to the Arcadia Valley. Hotel has clearly seen better days. While the staff at check in and check out were friendly, the room (115) was worn, musty-smelling, and not well maintained. One of the bedside lamps was missing a switch. Furniture was scuffed. Towels are old, thin, scratchy. AC was LOUD.

First impression, the room stank. Not poorly furnished or dirty, but stinky, wet socks stinky. Sorry, but that is not acceptable. I have reviewed many motels in this price range ($80 USD), none have had this level of funk. Unfortunate since this is the only place in town and otherwise not bad. Staff was friendly, location is easily accessible, the facility well kept, but there is always that first impression. There are many small towns scattered throughout the area, is it worth staying in one of them and driving? Probably so. This may have been a fluke, but there it is.
