Stayed here on June 7-8 couldn't check into room until after 4 o'clock and watched several others be turned away because rooms were not cleaned. Several negatives: we were not notified of a dog convention the hotel was hosting. I am highly allergic to dogs and the hotel reeked of dogs. I heard dogs barking the whole time from our room. The service from Taylor, Jina and Donna at the front desk was very good and nice. The room is large and priced reasonably. It i located next convention center, restaurants, convenient to the highway and the main streets in Joplin.
