pool was not heated, lights in room didn't work, remote to tv didn't work, beds wasn't big enough for 2 people, arrived at 3:30 pm room wasn't ready took an hour before it was ready, breakfast wasn't stocked for how busy it was

Good hotel for a quick trip to K.C. area. Kind of a remote location,but easy access to highways in and out of town . Friendly staff , good breakfast, comfy bed. I've stayed here a few times.---consistent..great price...& they're pet friendly!
