I am just tagging along with my relatives to this hotel. We stayed for two nights. After the first night, the housekeeping attendant, we passed by her on our way out. and I guess she noticed that it was the 3 of us. So she placed 3 towels in the room and two extra bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Very... More

I found a real disconnect with the other tripadvisor reviews for this hotel and my own experience. I was warmly greeted at the front desk by Norma and Ronisha. They were very helpful with check-in. The room and bath were both clean. I enjoyed a good night's sleep on a comfortable bed. The room was large. As in many Ramada's... More

For starters, when we checked in we were bumped from a king size room to a double full size room because we had brought our dogs and that is the rule that you must stay on the ground floor patio rooms so you can take your dogs out. That would have been fine if the room had not been disgusting!... More

First, this is not the most economical hotel, especially with a $25 pet fee. We have twin 5 year olds who prefer baths, the bathtub stopper did not exist and it took one hour at 8pm to get one. Why? Because we called 6 different hotel phone numbers (to include the Guest Services number on the in-room phone) over 25... More

My family and I loved our spacious rooms and the view of the lake. I was kind of disappointed with there breakfast menu because they do not serve omelets anymore. This was my second time at the hotel and this was the second time that the pool was not open. I can't tell you why but they had a sign... More

The hotel over all looked dirty with stained carpets. The beds and bathrooms were clean but it's hard to get past the nasty looking carpets. The stains were down the hall and into the room. The breakfast was nothing!! Two kinds of cereal a couple muffins and waffle machine. The had super watery eggs that needed to refilled and dried... More

So the hotel is owned by Ramada now. It's still one of the dirtiest places I've stayed. Their convention area was full of stuffed trash cans. The elevators had exposed metal sides where someone had ripped out the wallpaper or whatever had covered them. Our privacy shade wouldn't close all the way on our window, leaving all of us half-exposed... More

The hotel offered everything we needed and it was extremely clean. The price we paid was a bargain compared to the other hotels we have stayed at and we were treated with extreme respect. The breakfast was great and the pool was simply awesome. Yes, it is going through extensive renovations, but the staff makes sure to place you in... More

If the rest hotel looked like the lobby, my rating would be another! This was a horrible hotel. The hallways and elevators were like saunas, the celings were patched up by 5yr olds, the tile in the lobby was so uneven we kept tripping. The overhead door on the pool had rust, the staff was rude and short with us,... More

Unbelievably crummy; packed up and left after getting over the shock and reality of this dump! LOOKS ABANDONED; where did those beautiful promo pics come from?!? empty, uncared for lobby; carpet stains in hallways and elevator; hole punched in bathroom wall; don't even stop for a look; run the other way!
