Rooms (4) were not what I had reservations for. Lights didn't work in rooms. Phone didn't work in one room and the internet was lousy. Could not get connected in any of the rooms. I will not stay at this hotel again. Manager has not been available since my stay. Very dissapointed.

The location of this hotel is not very suitable for people who are looking for a nice stay in Kansas City. My car was broken into and the hotel had the cameras facing the wrong way. I'm sorry to hear your stay wiith us was not a pleasant one. Unfortunately while we can not control the crime that occurs in kansas city we have made changes to our security systems to make sure if it does happen in the future police will have the necessary information to try to apprehend the suspect. More
