Stayed here on business for 4 days. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. The first two nights I was on the first floor and it sounded like rhinos were racing above me all night. Switch to a room on the third floor and all was quite the rest of the stay. Breakfast was average.

Great value, Clean rooms,Comfy beds with down comforters, pool was in good shape with clean towels out, free breakfast not gourmet but they had enough selection you would find something you would like.Great for families with children .I would stay there again.

The staff at this hotel is top-notch; very friendly and professional. The rooms are quiet and very clean as well. We did not have any problems at all and the breakfast was pretty good. Highly recommended if you're on a budget and want a good night's stay.

The Hampton Inn in Lee's Summit is a relaxing spot to call home on a work trip. The rooms are large, clean and have comfortable beds and pillows. The staff and the condition of the hotel were very nice and the bed was amazing! The bathroom was a very nice size and everything was very clean. The location is very good off the highway, but hard to get into. There are lots of great places to eat around the hotel our within blocks from the hotel.

This was our second time to stay at a Hampton Inn. We checked in @ 1am due to a very late day of bracket play on the softball fields. It was so nice to walk into our clean, comfortable room. Even though it's an 30 minute drive to all things Kansas City, it's worth it! Nice Clean rooms, friendly staff, modern look and feel, well above average complimentary breakfast. I would return in a heartbeat.

the room, halls, business center were clean and new looking. actually elegant. this hotel is in a good location for the independence events center. it is easy access from interstate and took 5 minutes to travel to the independence events center. the complimentary breakfast was excellent.
