We had our awards ceremony here. The service was great and the staff really went out of their way to cater to us. The only negative moment in the night was the in regards to the sound qualiity of the projector. It made our video sound fuzzy, but the staff was GREAT!

The front desk staff was impressively helpful and attentive. I felt they would bend over backwards to accomplish any of my requests, immediately. I attended a nurse educator's conference at Westport and found the older hotel very charming. I was greeted immediately by hotel personnel who stored my suitcase until my room was ready (early check-in). The room was well stocked with bath toiletries. We always choose this hotel when in the St. Louis area. Can't say enough about it. The rooms are clean, spacious and the beds are WONDERFUL. My company puts us up in this hotel often. I've been here probably 12 separate times. The location is good. Lots of restaurant options, comedy club and bars within 400 feet of the front door. Nice employees but there are much nicer hotel options available.

Stayed here on a four-night business trip. Check-in went quickly, I got a nice large room with a king-size bed, desk and comfy sofa.
