“Skip It! Stay Downtown”

We had a disappointing stay. Checking in was a struggle, we definitely did not feel welcome. “Exceptional service from Yongae, Claudia, and Dan”

The staff provided exceptional service. They went above and beyond. I was so impressed by the little things they did to make our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel!!!! My daughter and I looked forward to going to breakfast each morning. We also enjoyed the managers reception. I can't say enough about Dan , Yongae, and Claudia!!!

“DoubleTree at Westport Plaza”

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were nice and spacious. The staff was excellent. Liked that it is away from the Westport Plaza shopping area, but the shuttle will take you to it. Quiet and relaxing, but with access to shopping and restaurants.

“nice hotel”

The Doubletree Hilton Westport was very clean and the staff was very nice and very helpful. Beds were very comfortable and I am picky about beds. The room tended to go from too cold to too hot. The restaurant had a remarkably nice and polite staff but the food was pretty average.
