We were able to tolerate the run down hotel and room since we get in late and we were basically only there to sleep. There is no way I would have stayed longer than that.

My stays at your establishment are good. The beds could be a bit more comfortable. Staff is great always courteous. The continental breakfast could start a few minutes earlier beings most guest are construction workers that have to be at work about same time

Can't beat the price to value on this hotel. Nicer ones close by but for double the money. Staff is nice even though some of the night crew is a little akward.
