We stumbled upon this place last October when all the KC rooms were booked for the Nascar race. The room was extremely clean and the front desk was super at accomodating my special requests...extra pillows, a coffee maker for the room, late check out... “Noisy, Noisy, and Bright”

I-70 Highway noise is VERY loud. Lots of truck traffic due to two very large truck stops on either side of the interstate adjacent the the Oak Grove exit ramps. The hotel is now under a new management, as of July 2012, and we are trying our best to address customer concerns. The doors now block out most noise and breakfast has been significantly improved. We have also installed new and softer daylight CFLs in the rooms to address bright lights. Thanks. We would be glad to address your concerns... More
