No cups for coffee one day, no lids the next?! Don't bring an infant, they have two high chairs and they let people take them to their rooms, order more! Pool area is pretty small. Make sure you get an upper level room since interstate is right outside the fourth floor windows. Good location, that's about it.

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff....but the road noise was unbearable. My room - on the 6th floor at the back of the hotel - basically sat on top of two superhighways. I heard every car and semi....all night long. Terrible terrible night's sleep (and I usually can sleep anywhere).

Walking into the room, you're immediately impressed by how new and fairly contemporary things feel. This is the second time I have stayed here with different girlfriends. All have wanted to return. The convenience to many great shopping areas, Galleria, as well as free standing shopping plazas. Comfortable, could have been a great stay if they would have been more attentive to my Hilton Honors and reservation profile. I had specifically requested foam pillows for my stay as I'm allergic to feather pillows and get very sick. Wonderful service, great location and the Homewood brand. We have become Homewood fans and the Galleria property reinforced our loyality. Great service by staff for breakfast and evening reception. Received 2 prompt return calls from staff when we tried to extend our stay. Will stay again when in area.

This extended stay hotel does it better than most and is definitely a brand leader for Homewood Suites. The hotel offers free evening meals (weekdays) and breakfast (I think daily) and while most Homewoods seem to be making quick serve reheated dishes this Homewood seemed to have actually made the meals in their full on site kitchen.
