First time at this location. First, the staff was great. JW would be proud. The rooms are very 3 star with worn outdated furniture and amenities. We have stayed in St Louis several times, but this was our first time at the Renaissance Grand. We were not happy with the room set up. We stayed in a king suite. Rooms were very nice and spacious, gym was fantastic. Indoor pool and hot tub looked very clean. Loved the Starbucks in the lobby! Meeting rooms were spacious and pretty. Only beef is the drinks in the bar were VERY expensive (outrageously so........or we were overcharged!!) More
