I recently stayed here while I was in town for a conference. My room was spacious and had an excellent view of the Arch and was convenient to restaurants and other downtown locations. All of the hotel staff I interacted with were helpful and friendly.

The Crowne Plaza is within walking distance of the Arch and the famous street with all the bars (I am completely blanking on the name right now). The rooms are spacious, and the lobby is very nice. I completely agree with the previous reviewer who said the parking garage is hard to navigate.
