They did not have my room in the "quiet" tower, even tho I called ahead and they saw the note in the system. Rude front desk man offered no solution or explanation. Accomodation was very nice, little bit on the older side, but cant complain. Everything was very clean, and staff were friendly. I found the location to be pretty good, not far from transport, walking distance to the arch and river.

The best thing about this Hilton is the location from the perspective of a business traveler. It is also fairly close to the arch and a number of other attractions.
