“I booked with Hotwire.com”

I booked a weekend trip hotwire.com and before we could even enjoy our vacation we were trapped with this bad review hotel. I'm very upset and they refused to change it. I will follow up with the review when we get back.

Was disappointed there was no mini fridge or even a microwave! Walls paper thin! Could hear next door clear as day! Bathroom very very tiny an the shower didnt work very well! The tv made a buzzing noise the entire time it was on!

Housekeeping did not knock- walked straight into the room i had just got out the shower, reported blonde hair in the showers and was told someone would clean it first thing in the morning. Noone came i had to find a housekeeper in another room to come to ours.Noise complaint

We got in late, but check-in was fairly easy. You have to pay to park, but they have plenty of room to pull up and unload. The bed was hard/uncomfortable in my opinion but my fiance didn't mind.
