Bed was broken down and sagging in the center, complaining about it was told that there was nothing they could do. They have no security our vehicles have been robbed twice right under the cameras and street lights next to the building!! Would not recommend.

This motel was clean and easy to find, but the best reason to stay there was/is their special order breakfast !! A lady asked what you wanted to eat and she quickly made your items on a large grill. It was the best breakfast we had on our entire trip out to Glacier Nat’l Park ! !

We only stayed one night here, but it worked out very well. The room was clean and we didn't have much noise. The pool was nice and warm. Breakfast featured enough options to make everyone in our group happy.

When we entered the room we could hear the toilet water running. We had to take the tank lid off and stop the water, every time we flushed. We arrived after 7 p.m. and did not have the energy to ask for another room, but how could the cleaning staff not notice this? Plus, with the lid off, it was possible to see a lot of mold, mildew, etc. The front desk folks were friendly. The breakfast was a true hot, fresh cooked meal. Eggs, hashbrowns, choice of meat and toast. That was a really pleasant change from standard fare.

Three of us stayed here on our way to Roscoe, MT., for an oilfield job. I used a Company credit card and informed them we would be staying for at least two nights, but maybe three nights. The first night was problem free and pleasant. We actually moved here because our first reservation at Econo Lodge, had to be cancelled since the rooms there were filthy. Anyway, this was a much nicer, cleaner establishment. We left for a job Friday morning. Later that day I received a phone call wanting to know why I left personal belongings inside my room. “DUH, because I’ll be back tonight for my second nights stay”. Then I was informed that they weren’t aware I would be staying another night!? They advised me that my personal belongings would be locked inside my room, but that I would need to come to the front desk when I arrive and they would change the key code on my card. (Really?) ($&!?^*%+=<#>) So, WE arrive and wait 30 minutes, in a line, until someone was able to change the key code on my card. At that point, we realized we only had two rooms. Since one guy actually took his stuff, his room had already been given to someone else. The hotel didn’t have another room at the same rate as ours. He had to be booked in a more expensive room. This irritated me because I knew my Company would not be happy about the different rates. The guy behind the desk couldn’t offer any solution or put him in the more expensive room with the same rate as our rooms. We felt that was the least they should do, especially since all of this confusion was the Hotels fault!! The guy at the front desk suggested I talk to the Manager in the morning. I spoke to the manager in the morning and he wasn’t helpful either! He actually tried to blame me because they didn’t know we were spending a second night. (Possibly even a third night). HUH???? How could that possibly be my fault! He finally did give me a small credit for the more expensive room, but it was begrudgingly and his attitude sucked. When you travel for business (sometimes driving an eight hour round-trip each day) the last thing you have time for is to worry about where you’re going to spend the night and whether or not you still have a reservation. Thankfully, we don’t need to spend the night in Billings very often and, if we do in the future, there are better options than this place. But, it is disappointing that nobody cares about quality customer service anymore + nobody wants to take any responsibility. BTW, even though my belongings were locked inside the room; nobody cleaned the room, vacuumed, or left any toiletries. 👎👎

Quality Inn Billings. Hotel is OK unless you ask for a late check out. I was granted an hour till noon but the staff decided it was their duty to begin harassment proceedings at 11:00 am. Door pounding, phone ringing and more door pounding. After getting in from work at 6am from working on local TV stuff I felt that was totally rude and uncalled for and I told them so. By 11:58 I was yelled at through the door that checkout was noon. I was packed up by then and opened the door to be confronted by Big Bubba maintenance guy and 4 housekeepers. To this point in my 13 years of travel in Montana, I find and am greeted by the friendliest folks in the North West. Not so at thus hotel Quality Inn Homestead in Billings. I will NEVER stay there again. Bubba and his friends need not look for any of my hard earned $$ trickling down to their pockets. By far the worst hotel experience in over 13 years and I spend 3 nights a week on the road in the North West. Good bye Quality Inns. - negative 3 stars

Made to order breakfast was great. A very nice lady was the cook. Kept everything moving efficiently and was a great multi tasker. The room was clean. Had smooth floors, so no questionable carpet. Stayed on the first floor, so did not have to worry about stairs.

The motels in Billings are all soxpensive, we thought we would stay at a little cheaper place, still $135!!! What a dump! Old, beat up, smelly rooms, depressing, noisy, people outside smoking and talking loud. It should be a homeless shelter, never again, warn your friends…

I highly recommend staying at Quality Inn Homestead Park! We appreciated the hot made-to-order breakfast, accommodating & friendly manager and staff, and large pool & hot tub with towels. Our suite was clean, had a comfortable bed and good lighting, and the fridge and microwave were new and operated perfectly. We were upstairs and our room was quiet. The TV had an impressive cable channel lineup including sports, entertainment, local networks and news. We look forward to our next stay here when visiting Billings!

The room was clean, there was plenty of hot water, and the motel is dog friendly. Check in process was very fast and efficient. The grounds were nice and the dog exercise area was large. Breakfast was waffles, hard boiled eggs, and pastries.
