We are staying at Yellowstone Gateway Inn now and have said over and over how lucky we were to have found this gem on the Internet. It is a very small place that was remodeled recently. We are staying in a two-bedroom unit that has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a living room. The furnishings are quite comfortable,... More

I visited recently with my father on what was to be a once-in-a-lifetime trip to see Yellowstone, with the aim of seeing wolves in the wild (an aim which we were lucky enough to fulfill). We'd left it a bit late to book (just a few weeks beforehand) and the original place we were after was fully booked. Just as... More

We had booked a cabin farther up in Gardiner, but alas the place turned out to be a dump and we were left to find a place at the last minute with a kitchen. By chance we saw the vacancy sign in front of Yellowstone Gateway Inn at 930pm and prayed for the best. Mr. Karr was behind the desk... More

The suite I stayed in at Yellowstone Gateway Inn was not only clean and comfortable, but I found the staff quite friendly and helpful and i had all the amenities I could ask for. I would quite happily stay there again if my travels brought me back to Gardiner.

This was a beautiful place to stay and was great value for the price. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I love the coffee and the shampoo left in the room. Most places leave crappy coffee but this stuff was delicious

I booked this Inn based on the excellent reviews and am happy to report they did not let me down. Whilst it looks nothing on driving past, the cabins were clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable and there was everything anyone could need from a self-catering apartment. You would never get this in the UK for £50 a night.

My wife and I stayed at the Inn, which was located ~100 yards off Gardiner's Main Street, for a week. We heard no road noise at night. Gardiner,MT is immediately adjacent to the Park's NW corner, and ~5 miles from Mammoth Hot Springs. Our Inn suite had good air conditioning (not needed at night in Sept.); a living room with... More

The Yellowstone Gateway Inn was a great place to stay. The room was very comfy and spacious (almost like a small apartment). The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen included all the essentials (utensils, cookware, plates, glasses etc.). The place was very small, quiet and clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. For the price, it was an excellent... More

We stayed at the Gateway Inn this fall and the again in the winter. The owners' attention to detail shows; it's well furnished, the full kitchen is well stocked with quality appliances and dishes, and it's very clean. This inn is gratefully set back from the highway, so it's also quiet. It's a bit modest on the outside, but lovely... More
